Office of the CEO

The Office of the CEO is responsible for the overall administration of the Town as well as implementation of Council’s strategic objectives.

Core Functions

  • Preparation of budgets and approval of Council expenditure and, most of all, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Council’s operational machinery.
  • Implementation of all decisions, directions and policies of Council.
  • Provision of comprehensive and authoritative information to Council and its committees for these bodies to exercise their authority.
